A member joins a connected brand as they always have. Only when they choose an advisory program are they handed to the adviser's doorway — under the adviser's name — to become its client. Seven steps, every one of them recorded in the adviser's own files.
The member opens an advisory program at the brand. The brand checks age, identity, jurisdiction, and venue eligibility, then opens the doorway by single sign-on.
Delivered in full before anything is signed. The member acknowledges receipt with a signed, dated electronic acknowledgment — the first record in the client file.
The adviser's own questionnaire: identity, experience, objectives, income and net-worth bands, risk acknowledgments.
Scope of authority (replication only, trade-only, no custody), fees, limits, termination, conflicts. The member is now the adviser's client.
Elected from the Disclosure Document and the provider catalogue, with Model Claims File statistics and legends. Demo first where not yet tried.
Per-trade cap, position limit, allocation, leverage ceiling, kill-switch acknowledgment — changeable by the client at any time.
A trade-only API key for the venue account the program trades, verified at entry and daily, stored encrypted in the licensed infrastructure.
Copies emailed; the client file complete under Regulation 4.33. The brand receives one enrollment status flag and nothing else.
The client's dashboard shows the brand for education and software, and a clearly labeled "Enrolled with Model Program Advisors — Program X" panel for the advisory relationship. The adviser's fee is invoiced separately from the brand's subscription. Unenrolling happens in the adviser's panel, cancels open replication orders, revokes the key's use, and ends the client relationship without touching the brand membership.
