Documents

Everything a client agrees to, in one place, and the procedures the adviser runs behind them. Every document below is a bracketed template for counsel; none is in force until the adviser is registered and NFA has accepted its Disclosure Document.

What you sign or acknowledge in the doorway

In the order you meet them. The adviser's doorway has four steps; model choice, limits and account linking stay in your brand portal. Each step links to the document it relies on.

DocumentWhat it doesWhere

Risk Disclosure StatementThe required futures risk statement plus the risks specific to automated model replication, leverage, perpetuals and demo results.Steps 1, 3
